在物质日益丰饶的当今社会，关注和培养乐商已成为人类自我繁荣的最主要途径之一，乐商研究以人的心理和生理幸福为价值核心，使社会科学真正回归到其非凡的价值意义，而如何提高、培养乐商对提升民众的幸福感也具有重要的现实意义；针对乐商的内涵与重要性进行简单评述，提出培养乐商的建议。

In today's society ,cultivating optimistic intelligence quotient has become one of the major ways of human flourishing .The way of optimistic intelligence quotient research focus attention on people's mental and physical happiness w hich makes social science really return to the value of its special signifi-cance ,and it also has very practical significance to how to cultivate optimistic intelligence quotient .In or-der to provide reference for post -study ,this paper aims to analyze the connotation and importance of op-timistic intelligence quotient and put forward some suggestions to cultivate .
