目的：探讨60例正畸托槽患者托槽脱落的原因及相关因素。方法选取60名正畸患者，采用标准直丝弓固定矫治器，共用粘结托槽1115个，观察其临床脱落情况。结果经6个月临床观察，托槽脱落71个，脱落率6．37％；下颌前磨牙脱落率最高，为7．69％；粘结后第1个月脱落率最高，为2．06％。结论正畸托槽脱落与牙位及粘结时间密切相关。
목적：탐토60례정기탁조환자탁조탈락적원인급상관인소。방법선취60명정기환자，채용표준직사궁고정교치기，공용점결탁조1115개，관찰기림상탈락정황。결과경6개월림상관찰，탁조탈락71개，탈락솔6．37％；하합전마아탈락솔최고，위7．69％；점결후제1개월탈락솔최고，위2．06％。결론정기탁조탈락여아위급점결시간밀절상관。
Objective To analyze reasons and related factors in 60 cases of clinical bracket bond failure .Methods Sixty orthodontic patients were selected and 1115 brackets were bonded , and the rate of clinical bond failure was observed .Results Six months of clinical observation indicated that 71 brackets were dropped , and the rate of bond failure was 6.37%, with the rate of bond failure in mandibular premolar being the highest .The rate of bond failure during the first month was the highest .Conclusion Bracket bond failure was closely associated with the tooth position and bonding time .
