水泥搅拌桩已广泛用于软土地基加固工程,水泥土单桩承载力是复合地基承载力的主要影响因素,本文从规范给出的地基承载力理论计算公式出发,结合工程试验统计数据分析实际承载力与计算值的差异和产生的原因,对工程中水泥土搅拌桩的承载力计算和施工提出相应的改进意见,为该类型桩基的设计和施工提供有益的参考。

Cement mixing piles have been widely used in soft base reinforcement projects. Cement pile bearing capaicity affects the composite foundation bearing capacity greatly. The theoretical calculation formula of foundation bearing capacity is combined with the engineering experimental data to analyze the difference between actual bearing load and the calculated value as well as the cause for that. The corresponding measures are proposed to improve the bearing load calculation and construction of cement mixing piles,which will provide references for the design and construction of similar pile foundation.
