目的:观察利奈唑胺治疗老年耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌性呼吸机相关肺炎患者临床疗效。方法选择老年耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌性呼吸机相关肺炎患者32例,应用利奈唑胺钠注射液0.6 g,静脉滴注,1次/12 h,90 min滴入,连用10~14 d,观察其临床疗效、细菌清除率、肝肾功能和血常规变化、不良反应。结果利奈唑胺治疗老年耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌性呼吸机相关肺炎临床治愈率62.50%,有效率81.25%,细菌清除率62.50%;治疗过程中对血常规、肝肾功能无明显影响,无明显不良反应。结论利奈唑胺作为一种安全性较高的药物,治疗老年耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌性呼吸机相关肺炎患者效果较好。

목적:관찰리내서알치료노년내갑양서림금황색포도구균성호흡궤상관폐염환자림상료효。방법선택노년내갑양서림금황색포도구균성호흡궤상관폐염환자32례,응용리내서알납주사액0.6 g,정맥적주,1차/12 h,90 min적입,련용10~14 d,관찰기림상료효、세균청제솔、간신공능화혈상규변화、불량반응。결과리내서알치료노년내갑양서림금황색포도구균성호흡궤상관폐염림상치유솔62.50%,유효솔81.25%,세균청제솔62.50%;치료과정중대혈상규、간신공능무명현영향,무명현불량반응。결론리내서알작위일충안전성교고적약물,치료노년내갑양서림금황색포도구균성호흡궤상관폐염환자효과교호。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of linezolid on ventilator-associated pneumonia induced by methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus ( MRSA) .Methods Thirty-two senile patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia induced by MRSA were chosen for the study .Venous infusion of linezolid at a dosage of 0.6 g was administered within 90 minutes every 12 h for a succes-sion of 10-14 day.Then, observations were made on the clinical effects , bacteria clearance rate , heptorenal function , changes in blood routine and adverse drug reactions as well .Results Cure rate of linezolid was 62.50%, effective rate was 81.25%, and bacteria clearance rate was 62.50%.In the course of treatment , no obvious effects on blood routine and heptorenal function and no obvious ad -verse drug reactions could be observed .Conclusion Being a relatively safe drug , linezolid could produce good effects on senile patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia induced by MRSA .
