秦皇岛港杂货公司水泥装船机是1996年由日本水泥株式会社设计。由于运往日本的水泥专用船舶船型加大,装船机长度无法满足。在尽量不改动整个输送系统的条件下,对装船机大臂加长进行了深入研究,提出多种方案,进行了受力分析。从安全可靠、结构合理、造价比较、安装难易、对装船机固定塔架的影响等方面进行比较,提出了合理的解决方案。

The cement-shiploader owned by Qinhuangdao port general-cargo Company was designed by Japan Cement Company Ltd. in 1996, which has been used for about ten years. At present, the length of the cement-shiploader can not meet the requirement for the enlarged special cement ships that transport cement to Japan. Therefore,shiploader’s boom lengthening research is carried out subject to no change to original conveying system. Final solution is determined by comparing different options from the aspects of the safety,reliability, structure rationality,cost,installation convenience and impact on the fixed frame on the basis of load analysis report.
