水库防洪安全关乎民生,我国许多中小型水库缺乏上游水文测站,无流域实测水文资料,如何准确确定此类水库洪峰流量是水库防洪安全复核的关键技术问题。以陕南一座无测站水库为例,运用多种方法推求了水库的洪峰流量,对计算结果进行对比、验证分析,确定陕南某水库洪峰流量,总结分析成果合理性。研究表明:多种方法的对比分析和最后与实际运行情况验证是准确确定洪峰流量的关键。

The flood control safety with reservoirs is in close relationship with people’s livelihood .There is a lack of hy-drological stations in many small and medium reservoirs in China ,and there is no watershed hydrology information ,so how to recheck and compute the flood control safety about this kind of reservoir is a key technical problem .Taking a non-station reservoir in southern Shaanxi for example ,a variety of methods were used to derive the peak flow of the reservoir , and comparison and verification analysis were also carried out to determine the final peak flow and summarize the rational -ity of the results .The research results indicate that the comparative analysis of the methods and the verification for actual operation are the keys to accurately determine the peak flow .
