为了促进城市防灾减灾规划中的防风防雨设计更趋于合理性和协调性,以减少暴雨和台风的联合致灾影响。为此,基于概率理论和 Clayton Copula 连接函数,提出大风和暴雨联合致灾概率定义并构建了大风和暴雨联合致灾概率分析模型,利用该模型,以滨江沿海的深圳市为例,利用其1971-2002年实测风速和降雨资料,计算了深圳市大风和暴雨联合致灾概率,主要成果可以为城市防风防雨规划提供更科学的依据。

To enhance the rationality and coordination of the anti-wind design and anti-rainfall design in urban disaster prevention and disaster mitigation ,and reduce the more disastrous effects of wind and rainfall ,the joint probability model of wind disaster and rainstorm disaster were built based on probability theory and Clayton Copula function .As a case study ,using the daily wind data and rainstorm data in Shenzhen City from 1971 to 2002 ,the joint probability of both dis-asters was analyzed and claculated ,which could provide important references for the comprehensive planning of the disas -ter prevention and disaster mitigation in cities .
