采用0.4、0.5和0.6三种不同水灰比,分别以颗粒级配为0.6 mm ~1.18 mm ,1.18 mm ~2.36 mm ,2.36 mm ~4.75 mm 的橡胶颗粒等体积代替,掺量分别为0,15%和30%,按照 L9(34)正交表进行试验,对胶粒混凝土和基准混凝土拌合物的含气量进行比较,分析其影响因素和变化规律。结果表明:胶粒掺量对拌合物含气量的影响最大,其次是水灰比,胶粒粒径影响最小。当胶粒掺量为15%时,拌合物的含气量增加了122%;当胶粒掺量为30%时,拌合物的含气量增加了171%。水灰比为0.4,胶粒掺量为30%,胶粒粒径为0.6 mm ~1.18 mm 时混凝土拌合物的含气量最大。

In the present work ,the influence factors and the effect of air content in rubber-filled concrete mixture were studied .Three water-cement ratios of 0 .4 ,0 .5 and 0 .6 were applied .The rubber grains of three grain gradations of 0 .6 mm ~ 1 .18 mm ,1 .18 mm ~ 2 .36 mm ,2 .36 mm ~ 4 .75 mm were added into the mixtures to replace sand of equal vol-ume at the amounts of 0 ,15% and 30% respectively .After the experiment was done according to the orthogonal list of L 9 (34 ) ,the air content of the mixture were compared between rubber-filled concrete and base concrete ,and its influence factors and variation patterns were analyzed .The addition amount of rubber grain takes great effect on the air content of concrete mixtures ;the water-cement ratio is secondary ,while the size of rubber grains has the least impact .As the addi-tion amount of rubber grain reaches 15% ,the air content of mixtures to 122% ,and when the addition of rubber grain reaches 30% ,the increasement of air content bacomes 171% .The concrete mixture with a water-cement ratio of 0 .4 , the grain addition amount of 30% and the grain size of 0 .6 mm ~ 1 .18 mm ,shows the largest air content .
