针对复杂封闭内腔尺寸难以测量的问题,提出了一种基于工业CT的鲁棒统计尺度区域拟合内腔体积和曲面积测量方法。该方法首先利用基于二维鲁棒统计尺度区域拟合模型提取出图像目标边缘,进而得到其连续坐标点链码;然后利用拉格朗日方法插值边缘坐标点,进一步提高目标边缘精度;最后利用格林公式和欧式距离公式得到各二维切片的目标区域面积和周长,根据台体公式法得到工件的体积和曲面积。实验结果表明,论文所提出的测量方法精度比改进的CV测量方法高,能够实现封闭内腔的几何测量。

In order to measure complex enclosed inner cavity, a geometric measure method with robust statistics and region-scalable fitting model based on industrial CT( Computed Tomography) is presented to measure vol-ume and surface area of enclosed inner cavity.In this method, the two-dimensional robust statistics and region-scalable fitting model was used to extract the target edge of images.Then, the orderly chain coordinates is got and the Lagrange interpolation method is used to interpolate the orderly coordinates, which further improves the accuracy of measure.And then, Green theorem and Euclidean distance formula are applied to compute the area and perimeter of image.At last, According to the platform formulation, the internal volume and surface area are measured.The experimental results show that the presented measure method has better precision compared to the CV measure methods and can measure complex enclosed inner cavity.
