本文报道1例直肠癌术后肿瘤标志物升高患者，辨体质用药处方治疗2月后，肿瘤标志物明显下降。钱彦方教授在临证中强调，治疗肿瘤应针对体质状态持续用药。本例患者就诊时无明显临床不适症状，但已构成了肿瘤基本体质状态，具备痰、瘀、毒三个基本病理因素，且因多次行手术治疗，正气受损。钱彦方教授在诊治过程中，始终以补中益气汤为主方，并将清热解毒，化痰散结，活血化瘀的治法贯穿始终。

This paper reported a case of the treatment of one patient with elevated tumor maker after resection of rectal cancer, which decreased significantly after two months treatment according to the physical therapy.
