目的：应用品管圈（QCC）方法，降低髋部骨折患者压疮发生率，提高患者满意度。方法：成立QCC小组，采用对本病区现状进行调查，原因分析，对策实施，效果确认等措施。结果：髋部骨折患者压疮发生率由实施QCC前的7.4%降至2.04%。结论：通过QCC的实施，降低了髋部骨折患者压疮发生率，减轻了患者痛苦，提高了患者的满意度。

목적：응용품관권（QCC）방법，강저관부골절환자압창발생솔，제고환자만의도。방법：성립QCC소조，채용대본병구현상진행조사，원인분석，대책실시，효과학인등조시。결과：관부골절환자압창발생솔유실시QCC전적7.4%강지2.04%。결론：통과QCC적실시，강저료관부골절환자압창발생솔，감경료환자통고，제고료환자적만의도。
Objective:To reduce the incidence of pressure sores for patients with hip fracture by Quality Control Circle in order to improve the satisfaction of the patients. Methods: To establish the group of Quality Control Circle in order to adopt the measures that investigating the present situation of the ward, analyze the causes, implement the measures and confirm the results .Results:The incidence of pressure sores for patients with hip fracture decreased from 7.4%before Quality Control Circle being implemented .to 2.04%Conclusion:Quality Control Circle can decrease the incidence of pressure sores, relieve the pain and improve the satisfaction of patients.
