目的：观察唑来膦酸加益肾健骨汤治疗老年性骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年9月～2013年9月开封市第二中医院收治的65例老年性骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象，予以唑来膦酸治疗，观察治疗前后血磷、血钙及碱性磷酸酶（AKP）水平变化，不同部位骨密度（BMD），及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗前后血磷、血钙水平比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后 AKP 水平呈逐年下降趋势，各时间点比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后腰椎 L1～4、股骨颈、Ward 氏三角区及大转子BMD均逐年升高，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。不良反应主要包括肌痛、头痛、发热及关节痛等，发生率为66.15%（43/65）。结论：唑来膦酸加益肾健骨汤治疗老年性骨质疏松症可有效提高BMD，临床疗效显著。
목적：관찰서래련산가익신건골탕치료노년성골질소송적림상료효。방법：선취2011년9월～2013년9월개봉시제이중의원수치적65례노년성골질소송증환자작위연구대상，여이서래련산치료，관찰치료전후혈린、혈개급감성린산매（AKP）수평변화，불동부위골밀도（BMD），급불량반응발생정황。결과：치료전후혈린、혈개수평비교차이균무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；치료후 AKP 수평정축년하강추세，각시간점비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。치료후요추 L1～4、고골경、Ward 씨삼각구급대전자BMD균축년승고，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。불량반응주요포괄기통、두통、발열급관절통등，발생솔위66.15%（43/65）。결론：서래련산가익신건골탕치료노년성골질소송증가유효제고BMD，림상료효현저。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of zoledronic acid combined with Yishen Jiangu Decoction in the treatment of senile osteoporosis. Methods:65 cases with senile osteoporosis from September,2011 to September, 2013 in Kaifeng Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and analyzed as the study objects who were given zoledronic acid. The changes of serum phosphorus, serum calcium and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) level and different parts of the bone mineral density (BMD), and the incidence of adverse reaction before and after treatment were observed. Results:There was no statistical significance before and after treatment of blood phosphorus, calcium level difference (P>0.05);the level of AKP after the treatment showed a downward trend gradually, each time point compared with significant difference (P<0.05). After the treatment, the lumbar L1~4, femoral neck, Ward's triangle and the great rotor BMD were increased year by year, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence rate of main adverse reactions including myalgia, headache, fever and joint pain was 66.15%(43/65). Conclusion:Zoledronic acid plus Yishen Jiangu Decoction in the treatment of senile osteoporosis can effectively improve the BMD with significant clinical curative effect.
