目的:观察哮喘小鼠模型气道重构的病理特点,探讨VEGF与气道重构的关系及和厚朴酚干预对气道重构的影响。方法:建立小鼠哮喘模型。分为对照组,哮喘组,和厚朴酚(Honokiol)干预组,地塞米松(DXM)干预组。图像分析肺内支气管平滑肌厚度。阿尔新兰染色,观察粘液分泌情况。EIA法检测血清血管上皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)表达。结果:①哮喘组出现管壁增厚、平滑肌增生、粘液分泌增加等特征,血清VEGF水平明显增高;②Honokiol组、DXM组与哮喘组比较,炎症反应轻微,平滑肌增生、粘液分泌不明显,血清 VEGF 水平降低;与对照组差异无显著性。结论:VEGF 在气道重构中发挥作用,Honokiol和DXM干预可延缓气道重构的发生。

목적:관찰효천소서모형기도중구적병리특점,탐토VEGF여기도중구적관계급화후박분간예대기도중구적영향。방법:건립소서효천모형。분위대조조,효천조,화후박분(Honokiol)간예조,지새미송(DXM)간예조。도상분석폐내지기관평활기후도。아이신란염색,관찰점액분비정황。EIA법검측혈청혈관상피세포생장인자(VEGF)표체。결과:①효천조출현관벽증후、평활기증생、점액분비증가등특정,혈청VEGF수평명현증고;②Honokiol조、DXM조여효천조비교,염증반응경미,평활기증생、점액분비불명현,혈청 VEGF 수평강저;여대조조차이무현저성。결론:VEGF 재기도중구중발휘작용,Honokiol화DXM간예가연완기도중구적발생。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of honokiol on the airway remodeling in asthmatic mouse models by investigating the pathological features of airway remodeling, hyperplasia of goblet cells and smooth muscle, as well as the serum concentration of VEGF. Methods Balb/c mice were randomly divided into the control, asthmatic, honokiol, and DXM group. The thickness of the smooth muscle (WAm) of intrapulmonary bronchi was measured by image analysis systerm, the alcian blue staining to identify airway goblet cells. Results Obvious infiltration of inflammatory cells and proliferation of goblet cells and smooth muscle were demonstrated in mouse bronchus. Expression levels of VEGF in the serum were significantly higher than those of control group. Compared with asthmatic group, there was mild inflammation and collagen deposition in honokiol-treated and DXM-treated groups while no significant differences between treat groups and control were found. Conclusions:VEGF play an important role in airway remodeling. Honokiol and DXM intervention could inhibit airway remodeling through the way to reduce the levels of VEGF.
