目的：探讨茵陈蒿汤合大承气汤加味对肝硬化合并感染患者肝功能及血 LPS的影响。方法：60例患者随机分为研究组及对照组各30例，研究组在综合治疗基础上，采用茵陈蒿汤合大承气汤加味治疗共两周，对照组仅采取常规综合治疗。结果：两组组患者在治疗结束后，肝功能、凝血功能、血 LPS 均较治疗前改善，但研究组在降低血 LPS 及总胆红素方面疗效更佳（P＜0.01）。结论：在综合治疗基础上加用茵陈蒿汤合大承气汤加味能有效降低患者胆红素水平及降低血LPS。
목적：탐토인진호탕합대승기탕가미대간경화합병감염환자간공능급혈 LPS적영향。방법：60례환자수궤분위연구조급대조조각30례，연구조재종합치료기출상，채용인진호탕합대승기탕가미치료공량주，대조조부채취상규종합치료。결과：량조조환자재치료결속후，간공능、응혈공능、혈 LPS 균교치료전개선，단연구조재강저혈 LPS 급총담홍소방면료효경가（P＜0.01）。결론：재종합치료기출상가용인진호탕합대승기탕가미능유효강저환자담홍소수평급강저혈LPS。
Objective:To explore the effect of modified Yinchenhao Decoction and Dachengqi Decoction on the liver function and serum LPS of hepatocirrhosis patients complicated with infection. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. Patients in the study group were administered modified Yinchenhao Decoction and Dachengqi Decoction for 2 weeks on the basis of routine comprehensive treatment, while patients in the control group were treated with routine comprehensive treatment. Results:After treatment, liver function, blood coagulation function, serum LPS were ameliorated, but there were significant differences in reducing blood LPS and total bilirubin in the study group compared with the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:On the basis of the comprehensive treatment, modified Yinchenhao Decoction and Dachengqi decoction can effectively reduce the level of bilirubin and serum LPS.
