Song Feng Shuo Yi is one of the representative works of LIU Kui who is a famous doctor in Qing dynasty. The external treatments including needle-scrape, medicated ironing, eye droppings, nose plugging, applicator, sneezing therapy, insufflating herb and medicated bath, have their characteristics in the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases. The study of external treatments of this book can provide many new methods for the prevention and treatment of acute violent infectious disease for modern doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine..
