目的：分析麦门冬汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎肺阴亏耗证的临床疗效。方法：选择2013年5月～2014年3月的60例慢性支气管炎肺阴亏耗证患者进行治疗观察，随机分成治疗组与对照组，每组30例。治疗组采用麦门冬汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎肺阴亏耗证，在对照组中采用盐酸氨溴索口服液进行治疗。结果：治疗组中患者总有效率是96.67%，对照组中患者总有效率是83.33%。两组之间进行比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：利用麦门冬汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎肺阴亏耗证具有明显的临床治疗效果，值得临床推广。
목적：분석맥문동탕가감치료만성지기관염폐음우모증적림상료효。방법：선택2013년5월～2014년3월적60례만성지기관염폐음우모증환자진행치료관찰，수궤분성치료조여대조조，매조30례。치료조채용맥문동탕가감치료만성지기관염폐음우모증，재대조조중채용염산안추색구복액진행치료。결과：치료조중환자총유효솔시96.67%，대조조중환자총유효솔시83.33%。량조지간진행비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：이용맥문동탕가감치료만성지기관염폐음우모증구유명현적림상치료효과，치득림상추엄。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of Ophiopogon Decoction on chronic bronchitis of lung yin exhaustion syndrome. Method: 60 patients with chronic bronchitis of lung yin exhaustion syndrome selected from May 2013 to March 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were given Ophiopogon Decoction to treat chronic bronchitis of lung yin exhaustion syndrome. Patients in the control group took ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution. Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67 and the control group was 83.33%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Ophiopogon Decoction has significant clinical curative effects on the treatment of chronic bronchitis of lung yin exhaustion syndrome,It is worthy of clinical promotion.
