本文结合现代医学防控慢性非传染性疾病（简称慢病）防控策略和体系现状，系统论述中医预防保健学在慢病防控中的防治原则和策略，对所实施内容和方案予以探讨，以期为建立中医慢病防控体系进行初步探索。

Objective:Though refering to moder medicine, this paper studyon prevention and control strategies for chronic and non-communicable diseases(NCD) by Traditional Chinese Medicines(TCM), and explore the concrete measures.Methods : We reviewed the theories and methods of modern and traditionalChinese medicines in preventing and controling NCD. Results:TCM can paly a very important part in in the control and prevention of chronic and noncommunicable diseases. It’s necessary to built up a set of system in preventing and controling NCD.Conclusion:The systematic integraton of modern and traditional Chinese medicines would be helpful in chronic and non-communicable disease prevention and control.
