目的：研究慢性肾衰竭氮质血症期实施中西结合疗法的临床疗效。方法：参照组在基线治疗基础上应用α酮酸进行治疗，临床组在基线治疗基础上应用自拟固元健肾散进行治疗。两组均以30d为1个疗程。疗程结束后比照两组疗效及主要肾功指标治疗前后的变化情况。结果：临床组总有效率为86.36%，显著高于参照组的61.90%（P＜0.05）。两组治疗前血尿素氮、血清肌酐及24h尿蛋白无显著差异（P＞0.05），治疗后血尿素氮、血清肌酐及24h尿蛋白均显著下降（P＜0.05），临床组下降幅度显著优于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论：慢性肾衰竭氮质血症期实施中西结合疗法效果显著，可有效改善肾功能。
목적：연구만성신쇠갈담질혈증기실시중서결합요법적림상료효。방법：삼조조재기선치료기출상응용α동산진행치료，림상조재기선치료기출상응용자의고원건신산진행치료。량조균이30d위1개료정。료정결속후비조량조료효급주요신공지표치료전후적변화정황。결과：림상조총유효솔위86.36%，현저고우삼조조적61.90%（P＜0.05）。량조치료전혈뇨소담、혈청기항급24h뇨단백무현저차이（P＞0.05），치료후혈뇨소담、혈청기항급24h뇨단백균현저하강（P＜0.05），림상조하강폭도현저우우삼조조（P＜0.05）。결론：만성신쇠갈담질혈증기실시중서결합요법효과현저，가유효개선신공능。
Objective: To study the clinical curative efficacy of integrated treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine during the azotemia course of chronic renal failure. Method:Both control group and control group received baseline treatment. Besides base treatment, the control group was given α-Keto Acid and the clinical group was given Powder for Reinforcing Primordial Qi and Kidney. Both the two groups took 30 days as one course. After the course, the curative efficacy and renal function of the two group before and after the treatment were contrasted with each other. Result: The total effective rate of clinical group was 86.36% which was significantly higher than that(61.90%) of the control group(P<0.05). Before the treatment, there were no significant differences in the blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and 24 hours volume of urine protein between the two groups (P>0.05). After the treatment, in the two groups, the blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and 24 hours volume of urine protein significantly reduced (P<0.05). The clinical group reduced more significantly than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Integrated treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine during the azotemia course of chronic renal failure has significant effect. It can effectively improve the renal function.
