目的:了解伤后早期乌司他丁联合血必净干预对海水浸泡腹腔开放伤兔炎症反应的影响。方法:36只新西兰雄性大白兔被随机分为正常组、对照组1(腹部开放伤+海水浸泡)、对照组2(腹部开放伤+海水浸泡+平衡液)、实验组1(腹部开放伤+海水浸泡+乌司他丁)、实验组2(腹部开放伤+海水浸泡+血必净)和实验组3(腹部开放伤+海水浸泡+乌司他丁+血必净)。于浸泡60 min打捞出水时,对照组2、实验组1、实验组2、实验组3分别给予平衡液、乌司他丁、血必净及乌司他丁+血必净静滴(方案:血必净1.8 ml/kg,乌司他汀5万U/kg,液体总量26 ml/kg);分别于浸泡前、浸泡60 min打捞出水及用药60 min时,分别于浸泡前、浸泡60 min打捞出水及用药60 min观察各组动物肝脏、胃、小肠粘膜等病理变化及炎症因子改变。结果:乌司他丁、血必净均能显著抑制海水浸泡腹腔开放伤兔的炎症反应,减轻毒性代谢产物对组织、器官的破坏;乌司他丁联合血必净的作用更为明显。结论:乌司他丁联合血必净能显著抑制海水浸泡腹腔开放伤兔的炎症反应,防止MODS的发生。

목적:료해상후조기오사타정연합혈필정간예대해수침포복강개방상토염증반응적영향。방법:36지신서란웅성대백토피수궤분위정상조、대조조1(복부개방상+해수침포)、대조조2(복부개방상+해수침포+평형액)、실험조1(복부개방상+해수침포+오사타정)、실험조2(복부개방상+해수침포+혈필정)화실험조3(복부개방상+해수침포+오사타정+혈필정)。우침포60 min타로출수시,대조조2、실험조1、실험조2、실험조3분별급여평형액、오사타정、혈필정급오사타정+혈필정정적(방안:혈필정1.8 ml/kg,오사타정5만U/kg,액체총량26 ml/kg);분별우침포전、침포60 min타로출수급용약60 min시,분별우침포전、침포60 min타로출수급용약60 min관찰각조동물간장、위、소장점막등병리변화급염증인자개변。결과:오사타정、혈필정균능현저억제해수침포복강개방상토적염증반응,감경독성대사산물대조직、기관적파배;오사타정연합혈필정적작용경위명현。결론:오사타정연합혈필정능현저억제해수침포복강개방상토적염증반응,방지MODS적발생。
Objective:To evaluate effects of Ulinastatin(UTI) combined with XueBiJing (XBJ) on hemodynamic Cytokines of rabbits after open celiac injury and seawater immersion. Methods: The rabbit model of open celiac injury was established. 36 rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal group, model group (control group1),lactated Ringer's solution group (control group 2), UTI group (experimental group1) ,XBJ group (experimental group2) , UTI+XBJ group (experimental group3),6 rabbits each group. The changes of Pathological and inflammatory cytokines were respectively observed before soaking, after soaking 60 minutes, and medication 60 minutes. Results:Both UTI and XBJ could significantly inhibit inflammatory response of rabbits after open celiac injury and seawater immersion. Furthermore, the best effects were observed in UTI+XBJ group.Conclusion:UTI combined with XBJ can significantly inhibit inflammatory response of rabbits after open celiac injury and seawater immersion,prevent the occurrence of MODS.
