研究了超高分子量聚乙烯纯纺纱线、纱线类型和不同比例混纺纱线的性能。结果表明超高分子量聚乙烯纱线具有高强低伸的特点,股线的断裂强度比单纱高10%以上,均匀性更好,可满足防护手套等特种领域对高强度、高耐磨纱线的需求,具有很好的应用前景。
研究瞭超高分子量聚乙烯純紡紗線、紗線類型和不同比例混紡紗線的性能。結果錶明超高分子量聚乙烯紗線具有高彊低伸的特點,股線的斷裂彊度比單紗高10%以上,均勻性更好,可滿足防護手套等特種領域對高彊度、高耐磨紗線的需求,具有很好的應用前景。
연구료초고분자량취을희순방사선、사선류형화불동비례혼방사선적성능。결과표명초고분자량취을희사선구유고강저신적특점,고선적단렬강도비단사고10%이상,균균성경호,가만족방호수투등특충영역대고강도、고내마사선적수구,구유흔호적응용전경。
The study on the performance of UHMWPE yarns is given in this paper,including mono fiber yarn, the type of yarn and blending in varying proportions.The results show that the unique feature of UHMWPE yarn is stronger and lower elongation.The breaking strength of UHMWPE plied yarn is better than UHMWPE single yarn, up to 10%,and homogeneity is also better.UHMWPE yarns can meet the demand of high strength yarns in some special fields like cut resistant gloves,and the market prospect for UHMWPE yarns is very broad.
