目的探讨铜绿假单胞菌临床感染的特点与维生素E在治疗中的应用。方法通过对铜绿假单胞菌致病物质、标本来源、易感部位以及危险因素等进行分析，总结出铜绿假单胞菌感染的临床特点及治疗方法。结果消除危险因素，选用具有抗铜绿假单胞菌活性的抗生素，重视基础疾病的治疗。结论维生素E对治疗铜绿假单胞菌临床感染有辅助作用。
목적탐토동록가단포균림상감염적특점여유생소E재치료중적응용。방법통과대동록가단포균치병물질、표본래원、역감부위이급위험인소등진행분석，총결출동록가단포균감염적림상특점급치료방법。결과소제위험인소，선용구유항동록가단포균활성적항생소，중시기출질병적치료。결론유생소E대치료동록가단포균림상감염유보조작용。
Objective To study the characteristics of clinical infection with pseudomonas aeruginosa with vitamin E in the application of the treatment. Methods By means of pseudomonas aeruginosa pathogenic substances, specimen source, vulnerable parts, and analyze the risk factors and so on, summed up the pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in clinical characteristics and treatment methods. Results Eliminate the risk factor, choosing the activity of pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant antibiotics, at aches great importance to the foundation treatment of the disease. Conclusion Vitamin E on the treatment of pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical infection has a supplementary role.
