小儿麻醉一直以来都是麻醉工作者重视的领域，它要求麻醉安全、平稳、有效、易于掌控，并且对小儿的心理及生理影响小、苏醒迅速。我院自从2012年以来，在小儿手术中应用异丙酚复合舒芬太尼麻醉，其镇痛效果确切，患儿生命征平稳，苏醒迅速、恶心、呕吐发生率低。异丙酚复合舒芬太尼麻醉可在术后短时间内恢复正常的呼吸功能，两药合用无论从药效学还是药代学均适用于小儿麻醉。其镇痛效果确切，患儿生命征平稳，苏醒迅速、恶心、呕吐发生率低。麻醉效果满意，副作用较少，可控性强，麻醉后恢复快，明显优于其它复合用药方法。

Pediatric anesthesia has been emphasized in the field of anesthesia practitioners, it requires anesthesia is safe, stable, ef ective, easy to control, and the ef ect on children's psychological and physiological smal , wake up quickly. In our hospital since 2012, application of propofol and sufentanil anesthesia in pediatric operation, its analgesic ef ect accurate, patient vital signs are stable, quick recovery, low incidence of nausea, vomiting. Propofol and sufentanil anesthesia can in a short time after restoration of normal respiratory function, the combination of the two drugs in terms of pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics are applicable to pediatric anesthesia. Its analgesic ef ect accurate, patient vital signs are stable, quick recovery, low incidence of nausea, vomiting. Satisfactory anesthesia ef ect, less side ef ects, strong controllability, anesthesia recovery, significantly bet er than the other combinations.
