目的对比分析少量胸腔积液的B超及胸部X线平片的诊断情况。方法选取2007年~2014年在我院接受检查和治疗的少量胸腔积液患者118例作为研究对象,所有病例均行超声及X线检查。结果118例少量胸腔积液患者,游离胸腔积液89例,超声检出89例,X线平片检出57例。包裹性胸腔积液29例,B超检出21例,X线检出24例。结论胸部X线平片及超声检查均可诊断胸腔积液,两者联合应用可提高检出率。

목적대비분석소량흉강적액적B초급흉부X선평편적진단정황。방법선취2007년~2014년재아원접수검사화치료적소량흉강적액환자118례작위연구대상,소유병례균행초성급X선검사。결과118례소량흉강적액환자,유리흉강적액89례,초성검출89례,X선평편검출57례。포과성흉강적액29례,B초검출21례,X선검출24례。결론흉부X선평편급초성검사균가진단흉강적액,량자연합응용가제고검출솔。
Objective To comparison and analysis of a smal amount of pleural ef usion diagnosis of ultrasound and chest X-ray plain film. Methods Select 2007~2014 in our hospital inspection and treatment of 118 patients with a smal amount of pleural effusion as the research object, al cases were performed ultrasound and X-ray. Results 118 patients with a smal amount of pleural ef usion, and pleural ef usion in 89 cases, free ultrasonic detection of 89 cases, 57 cases of X-ray plain film detection. Wrapped pleural ef usion 29 cases, ultrasound detection 21 cases, 24 cases of X-ray detection. Conclusion Chest X-ray plain film and ultrasound examination can diagnose pleural ef usion, two joint application may improve the detection rate.
