目的优选复方大黄净化液提取工艺。方法基于复方大黄净化液组方原则,兼顾大黄酸、芦荟大黄素、大黄素甲醚、大黄素、大黄酚主要指标成分含量和干浸膏收率,以加水倍数、浸泡时间、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,采用正交试验优选复方大黄净化液提取工艺条件。结果制剂最佳提取工艺为加水量为10倍量,浸泡30 min,提取时间1 h,提取次数3次。结论该方法有效的优选出复方大黄净化液提取工艺,工艺合理稳定,操作易行。

Objective To optimize extracting techniques of compound Dahuangjinghua liquid. Methods Based on compound Dahuangjinghua liquid formula principle , take the aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, methyl ether, emodin, rhubarb phenol main index component content and water-soluble total Fried, with multiple water, soaking time, extracting time and extracting times to examine factors, optimizing compound rhubarb purification liquid extraction process by orthogonal experiment.Results The best condition is soaking 30 minutes, extracting 1 hour, extracting for 3 times, to add ten times of water. Conclusion The method is ef ective optimized compound Dahuangjinghua liquid extraction process, reasonable process stability, and easy to operate.
