目的探讨人性化护理在肝癌介入术后对于患者的作用效果。方法将65例进行肝癌介入术的患者分为研究组和对照组，两组均进行常规护理，研究组还进行人性化的护理服务，对护理后两组患者的患者满意度，焦虑、抑郁评分进行比较分析。结果经过人性化护理后，研究组患者对护理工作的满意度调查结果令人满意，研究组满意度高达100.0%，相对于对照组的80.0%具有统计学差异，<0.05；通过比较两组患者的SAS评分结果可以看出，人性化护理后的研究组患者在焦虑等术后不良因素的控制方面要优于对照组，两组患者比较结果有统计学意义，<0.05。结论肝癌介入术是肝癌疾病的常见治疗方式，患者在治疗时由于多种因素会出现焦虑等心理波动现象，制定一套科学的人性化护理方法对于提升护理质量是必要的。

Objective To explore the humanistic nursing in interventional therapy of liver cancer patients for ef ect.Methods 65 cases of hepatoma intervention patients were divided into study group and control group,two groups were subjected to the routine nursing care,the study group also humanized nursing service,to the satisfaction of patients in two groups of patients after nursing,anxiety,depression scores were compared.Results After the humanistic nursing,the satisfaction survey in nursing care of patients in study group was satisfactory,satisfaction research group was as high as 100%,compared with the control group of 80%with a significant dif erence, <0.05;by comparing the two groups of patients with SAS score results can be seen,the patients in Study Group were humanized nursing after it is superior to the control group in the control of anxiety and postoperative adverse factors,two groups of patients were compared and the results were statistically significant, <0.05.Conclusion Interventional therapy of liver cancer is a common treatment for liver disease,the patient in treatment due to a variety of factors appear anxiety and other mental fluctuations,according to the situation of the patient,formulate a set of scientific and humanistic nursing method is necessary to improve the quality of nursing.
