目的探讨小体积前列腺增生的有效疗效。方法应用经尿道前列腺电切加膀胱颈切开术( TURP+BNI)治疗小体积前列腺增生症60例。结果手术时间27~76min,平均46min。60例平均随访24个月,一次性治愈55例,5例术后再发膀胱颈梗阻,3经尿道扩张治愈,2例再予以膀胱颈电切后治愈。结论经尿道前列腺电切术加膀胱颈电切术操作易掌握,术中创伤小,是治疗小体积前列腺增生较为理想的手术方法。
목적탐토소체적전렬선증생적유효료효。방법응용경뇨도전렬선전절가방광경절개술( TURP+BNI)치료소체적전렬선증생증60례。결과수술시간27~76min,평균46min。60례평균수방24개월,일차성치유55례,5례술후재발방광경경조,3경뇨도확장치유,2례재여이방광경전절후치유。결론경뇨도전렬선전절술가방광경전절술조작역장악,술중창상소,시치료소체적전렬선증생교위이상적수술방법。
Objective To investigate the ef ectiveness of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Using transurethral resection combined with incision of bladder neck (TURP+BNI) results in the treatment of smal volume benign prostatic hyperplasia in 60 cases.Results Operation time was 27 ~ 76min, average 46min. 60 patients with a mean follow-up of 24 months, 55 cases cured, 5 cases of postoperative recurrence of bladder neck obstruction, 3 transurethral dilatation cure, 2 cases were cured by resection of bladder neck. Conclusion Transurethral resection of the prostate and transurethral resection of bladder neck is easy to master the operation, smal trauma during operation, is an ideal method for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
