目的探讨颈动脉超声对颅内血管疾病的预测价值。方法回顾性分析52例头颅增强MRA和颈动脉超声资料,分析颅内血管正常组与异常组的颈动脉硬化斑块分布情况。结果正常组18例中有6例颈动脉斑块,包括5例右侧锁骨下动脉,1例颈总动脉斑块；异常组34例中有33例颈动脉斑块；正常组颈动脉斑块例数明显少于异常组(<0.05),正常组内右侧锁骨下动脉斑块例数多于颈总颈动脉(<0.05)。结论颈动脉硬化与颅内血管疾病有一定的关联性。右侧锁骨下动脉斑块可能是颅内动脉硬化的一个早期重要指标。

Objective To evaluate the value of carotid ultrasound predictiving intracranial vascular diseases. Methods The skul CE-MRA and carotid ultrasound data of 52 patients were analyzed retrospectively,the distribution of carotid atherosclerotic plaques was analyzed between the abnormal group of intracranial vessels and normal group.Results The normal group of 18 patients had 6 patients with carotid plaques, including 5 patients with right subclavian artery plaques, one case of carotid artery plaques;the abnormal group of 34 cases had 33 cases of carotid artery plaques.The carotid artery plaques of normal group were significantly less than the abnormal group ( <0.05), the plaques of right subclavian carotid were more than carotid artery in the normal group ( <0.05). Conclusion Carotid atherosclerosis and intracranial vascular diseases have a certain relevance .The right subclavian artery plaque may be an inchoate important indicator of intracranial atherosclerosis.
