目的探讨儋州市那大地区老年人免费体检的生化结果情况。方法选择2012年~2013年到我院参加免费体检60岁以上的老年人3885人,其中农村组2091人,城镇组为1794人,对所检测的全部结果进行统计学分析。结果那大地区农村组和城镇组比较TC、TG、GLU有统计学意义<0.05,城镇组高于农村组。同一年龄段不同性别的老年人结果比较,70~79岁,80岁的男性组TC高于女性组,<0.05。60~69岁,70~79岁的男性组TG高于女性组,<0.05。70~79岁的男性组GLU高于女性组,<0.05。80岁的男性组BUN、CREA高于女性,<0.05。高血压的老年人五项生化结果阳性率显著高于普通老年人。结论那大地区老年人五项生化结果农村组优于城镇组,年龄越高,结果越不理想。

Objective To investigate the biochemical results of free physical examination for older people in Danzhou city of Nada. Methods Select from 2012 to 2013 to our hospital in free physical examination persons over the age of 60, 3885 people, including 2091 in rural group, urban group is 1794 people, al the results were statistically analyzed. Results Comparison of the results of rural and urban groups for TC, TG, GLU had statistical significance in Nada , <0.05.urban group is higher than that of the rural group. Comparison of older result in the same ages and dif erent gerder, 70-79 years old and large or equal to the 80 year old male group higher than that in female group in TC, <0.05. 60~69 years old and 70-79 year old male group higher than the female group in TG, <0.05. 70~79 year old male group is higher than the female group in GLU, <0.05. Large or equal to the 80 year old male groups of BUN, CREA higher than the female, <0.05. The positive rate of hypertension of the elderly five biochemical results is significantly higher than that of normal elderly people.Conclusion Rural group is bet er than the urban group in the five biochemical results of the elder,the higher the age the more not ideal.
