在交通繁忙的都市区,要求城市桥梁施工对交通产生的影响须达到最小,因此工厂化、快速化、环境友好化的桥梁施工越来越受到重视,从而使短周期、方便快捷、环保性好的预制节段拼装桥梁得到广泛推广应用。以广州地铁6号线西段预制节段拼装桥梁设计为例,对3×40 m典型高架桥设计、施工关键技术进行总结,以为类似工程设计和施工提供参考。

in metropolitan areas with heavy traffic, influences of construction of urban bridges on traffic are required to be minimized, therefore, factorized, rapid and environment friendly construction of bridges is taken more and more seriously, so convenient, rapid and environment friendly precast segmental assembling bridges in short period are extensively popularized and applied. With design of precast segmental assembling bridges at west section of Guangzhou No. 6 Metro Line as an example, this paper concludes key techniques in design and construction of 3 × 40 m typical viaduct to provide a reference for design and construction of similar projects.
