职务犯罪的主体自身所追求的利益与手中所掌控分配利益的权力之问的矛盾能否解决，是从根本上抑制职务犯罪的决定性因素。对这种矛盾的解决，国内外学者提出了很多方法，财产公示是其中非常重要的一种。文章分析了财产公示作为职务犯罪预防机制的可行性。

Wether the conflicts between the subject of duty crime＇s own pursuit of interests and the power of the distribution of benefits in their hands can be resolved is a decisive factor that fundamentally suppress crimes. As for the solution to the conflicts, the domestic and foreign scholars put forward many methods and property publicity is very important one among them. This paper analyzes the feasibility of property publicity as the duty crime prevention mecha- nism.
