Laboratories are the important bases of the teaching and the research in the colleges and universities,which are the chief places to train the high-quality talents,gain high-level achievements and serve the economic building.Building the laboratories well and strengthening the lab teaching have important significances and effects in the course of improving students＇ innovational spirit and practical capabilities.This article is to analyze the present issues existing in the process of college＇s lab building,management and teaching and put forward some new ideas and measurements in order to build up the standardized management system and innovational practical teaching system.As a result,we can benefit from the talent-trained quality and the technological competitiveness to offer excellent condition to build up a comprehensive,high-level and distinctive university which is a teaching-research style one.
