随着近年来高校招生规模的不断扩大,学生数量急剧增加,一直备受关注的学生管理工作又成为各学校瞩目的焦点,而这一焦点的着力点自然就落到了高校学生干部的培养工作上来。高校学生干部是联系学校、老师和普通学生的桥梁,是学生管理工作中的重要力量,优秀的学生干部能更好的服务于广大学生,因此学生干部的培养尤为重要。目前面对新形势高校学生干部队伍还存在一系列问题与不足,针对这些问题,高校应该加强对学生干部的教育培训、实践锻炼和学习交流,不断健全学生干部培养机制,努力培养一批高素质、高水平、高层次、高能力的高校学生干部队伍。以高校学生干部的培养为立足点,分析新形势下面对学生数量的急剧增加高校培养优秀学生干部的应对策略。

With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in recent years, the number of students increased dramatically, students management work has received the mass attention , and becomes the focus of attention in universities, in which the focus falls on the college student contact the school,teachers and students, and is a important s cadres＇training work. College student cadre is bridge to trength of student management work, excellent cadre of students can better serve the vast number of students, so students cadre training is particularly important. At present, there still exist a series of problems in facing the new situation of college student cadres, aiming at these problems, the university should strengthen students＂ education and cadres training , practical training and learning exchanges, and constantly improve the student cadre training mechanism, strive to cultivate a group of college student cadres with characteristics of high-quality,high level, high ability . This paper takes the university student cadre training as a standpoint,analyzes the coping strategies of training excellent cadre under new condition of dramatic increasing number of students.
