The construction of basic chemistry teaching team in agricultural and forestry university was discussed in this paper,the speciality and problem in the construction of basic chemistry teaching team were analyzed by the examples from SCAU.Some proposals and tactics of the construction of basic chemistry teaching team were offered so as to discuss how to construct a basic chemistry teaching team of high standard with distinguishing features.
