本文针对通信类行业发展特点,对该类专业在校企合作办学环境下的人才培养模式进行了探索。提出了基于＂校中厂＂实践模式、＂厂中校＂实训模式、＂校中校＂培养模式为主线的培养模式,并对其具体实现方法进行了讨论。

In this paper,we explored the personal training mode based on school-enterprise cooperation of major communication for communications industry characteristics.Proposed the main line based on the ＂school within factory＂ practice mode,＂factory within school＂ training mode and ＂school within a school＂ training mode,finally discussed its specific implementations.
