采用问卷调查法，从学校信息化环境、信息意识、信息知识、信息能力、信息道德、信息技术培训等方面对固原市农村中小学教师信息素养进行了调查研究，以调查所获资料为依据，对固原市农村中小学教师信息素养现状做了分析，并提出了相应的改进对策．

Using questionnaire survey, the information environment of school, information conscious- ness, information knowledge, information ability, information morality and information technology training was designed assurveged content,prinary and middle schol teacher information literacy in Gu- guan city was surveyed and studied. Based on vestigation moterials, primary and middle school teachers information literaly situation in Guyuan rural was analyzed, and the corresponding raised countermeasure was proposed.
