Through methods of literature, interviews, questionnaires and so on, a comprehensive research was conducted on township cultural stations sports work in Hebei Province. In order to play its due effect, the authors proposed that presently the township cultural stations sports work should develop complementary policies as soon as possible to improve the organization and management system; carry out various forms of training, sharing resource with local schools; finance from multi-party to assure enough funds in place to improve the utilization of sports hardware facilities; carry out a variety of sports activities, creating brand and features.
