长庆气田采用的是多井高压集气、集气站节流降压脱水技术,井口及采气管线内的天然气压力高,易于形成水合物。为防止水合物堵塞油管及采气管线,采用集气站集中注甲醇工艺。笔者经过详细分析靖边气田气井运行压力、温度、产气量和产水量变化与注醇量的关系,建立公式矫正了原包含Hammerschmidt公式的一套预测方法的不足。经过现场验证,表明应用修正公式有效地降低了甲醇消耗量。

Changqing gas field use the technology of multi-well gathering gas,throttling-dehydrating in GGS. Because the pressure is high in X-tree and flow-line, the hydyate appears in the X-tree and flow-line easily. To prevent the hydrate in tubing and flow-line, the tech- nology of central infusing methanol in GGS was adopt. The author analyses the relationship among methanol use level, pressure, temperature, gas production rate and water production rate, rectifies the shortage of Hammerschmidt formula. Through checking in field application, the result appears that the modifier formula is effectual.
