南泥湾地区储集层主要为延长组长4+5、长6段为致密岩性油藏,且低压低渗。为了提高射孔的效率,应采用高性能射孔枪弹进行穿透射孔。通过大量现场实验,分析孔深、孔径、孔密、相位角等射孔参数对产率比的影响,从而优选出最佳孔深、孔径、孔密、相位角,并在此基础上,优选射孔枪弹,优化射孔参数组合,最终为致密岩性油藏提出合理的射孔工艺。
南泥灣地區儲集層主要為延長組長4+5、長6段為緻密巖性油藏,且低壓低滲。為瞭提高射孔的效率,應採用高性能射孔鎗彈進行穿透射孔。通過大量現場實驗,分析孔深、孔徑、孔密、相位角等射孔參數對產率比的影響,從而優選齣最佳孔深、孔徑、孔密、相位角,併在此基礎上,優選射孔鎗彈,優化射孔參數組閤,最終為緻密巖性油藏提齣閤理的射孔工藝。

The main reservoir of Nanniwan area is tight lithologic reservoir of Chang4+5 and Chang6 with the characteristics of low-pressure and low-permeability. For more efficient perforation, high-performance bullets should be applied. Through analyzing the productivity ratio under different perforation parameters based on abundant field experiments such as hole depth, hole diameter, hole density and phase angle, this paper provides the best parameters mentioned above, moreover optimizes perforation bullets and perforation parameters, finally proposes a rational perforation craft for tight lithologic reservoir.
