2011年,山东省经济保持平稳较快发展,区域带动战略稳步推进,转方式、调结构取得新进展,经济发展质量、效益和协调性进一步提高。金融系统认真执行宏观调控和各项金融管理政策,社会融资规模稳定增长,金融服务水平和金融机构自身稳健性提升。随着宏观调控逐步深入和经济增速适度放缓,经济金融运行中的各类矛盾有所显现,各类金融风险与案件的防控压力加大。今后一段时期,维护金融稳定应把握科学发展主题和＂稳中求进＂总基调,进一步深化对经济金融关系的认识,以金融资源优化助推经济发展,不断深化金融机构改革,强化监管履职,切实增强金融风险防范与处置能力。

The economy of Shandong Province has been developed stably and rapidly in year of 2011.Financial sector strictly carried out macro-control and financial management policy,with promotion of financial service level or financial institution stabilization.With macro-control further deepening and economic growth rate lowering,various conflicts spring up during the operation of the economy and finance.The pressure of guarding against various financial risks and cases increased.In the further,maintaining the financial stability should hold the theme of Scientific Development and the main keynote of Steady Progress.We should further understand the relations between economy and finance,boost economy development by optimizing financial resource,deepen the reform of the financial institutions,strengthen regulation performance,and enhance financial risks prevention and disposal capacity.
