本文分析了能满足规程技术条件的控制衡器须具备的相应要求;指出模拟载荷试验不能完全替代物料试验的原因在于皮带效应,研制出能消除皮带张力变化干扰影响的新型皮带秤及皮带效应与散状物料相仿的新型模拟载荷装置,是拓展模拟载荷试验应用场合的两条出路。本文还阐述了计量器具检定周期不应“一刀切”的观点,并提出了以皮带秤使用中模拟栽荷试验的重复性和不确定度结果来合理拟定使用中检验间隔和检定周期的建议。

This article analyzes the corresponding requirements of the controlling weighing instrument which can satisfy standard rule technical conditions, points out the simulated load test can't completely replace the material test because of belt effect, so de~elopirtg a new heir scale which can eliminate the interference effects of the changes in belt tension, and a new analog load device which can be similar to belt effect and bulk materials. This article also elaborates point of view of measuring instruments cycle should not be a "one-size-fits-all" , and proposes some suggestions about using repeatability and uncertainty results of simulate load test for a reasonable formulation of inspection intervals and test cycle to the belt scale.
