冬小麦新品种天选49号为天水市农业科学研究所小麦抗锈育种中心以兰天8号为母本,中梁22号作父本进行有性杂交,采用系谱法选育而成,在2007—2009年甘肃省陇南片区域试验中,折合平均产量7 367.25kg/hm2,较对照品种兰天13号和兰天17号平均增产8.69%。该品种平均株高96.0 cm左右,穗长6.6 cm,千粒重44.9 g,容重813.0 g/L。籽粒含粗蛋白142.3 g/kg,湿面筋含量253.4 g/kg,沉降值40.3 mL。经接种鉴定,苗期对混合菌表现免疫,成株期对条中29号、条中32号、条中33号、水4、HY8及混合菌均表现免疫,主要适于天水市及陇南市川区种植。

Tianxuan 49,a winter wheat variety newly bred systematically by crossing with the parental combination of Lan-tian 8/Zhongling 22.The average yield of Tianxuan 49 was 7 367.25 kg/hm2 and 8.69% higher than of the check in winter wheat regional test which was conducted during the period 2007 — 2009 in the Longnan district.In addition,the plant heigth is 96.0 cm,ear length is 6.6 cm,thousand grain weight is 44.9 g,bulk weight is 813.0 g/L,seed crude protein is 142.3 g/kg,wet gluten is 253.4 g/kg and settlement value of 40.3 mL.By inoculating indentification,the results showed that Tianxuan 49 was immune completely to mixture race at the seeding stage,and immune completely to CY 29、 CY 32、 CY 33、 Shui 4 and mixture race at the adult stage.It was suitable for growing in the vally area of Tianshui city and Longnan city.
