通过对含与不含薄膜埋置元件复合材料层合板的拉伸和层间韧性的力学性能表征,探讨影响埋置元件结构完整性的一些关键因素。利用ABAQUS有限元软件,基于断裂力学用以研究裂纹扩展问题的虚拟裂纹闭合技术( VCCT),建立了在拉伸荷载作用下层合板分层起裂和扩展过程的数值模拟方法。在模拟分析中,考虑了裂纹萌生位置对分层扩展规律及结构强度的影响,并与实验结果比较,验证了本方法的合理性和有效性。

The embedded device in a composite structure would generally cause discontinuity that result in a significant effect on the structural integrity .In this paper the virtual crack closure technique ( VCCT)based on fracture mechanics was used to investigate the delamination behavior of composite laminates with embedded devices .Numerical simulation using the finite element software ABAQUS was conducted to investigate the effects of different crack initiation locations on delamina -tion growth and the strength of composite laminates under tensile load .The analytical results showed that the location of ini-tial crack acts on the delamination propagation and doesn ’ t affect the loading procession before delamination initiation .
