残疾人作为中国公民社会很重要的组成部分，他们的教育权益、就业保障等问题日益受到社会的关注。如何为残疾人提供更好的、更优质的教育服务也是各级政府一直思考的问题。本文以广州市政府购买残疾人教育服务为例，总结成功经验，分析存在的问题，从而为广州市政府购买教育服务的理论与实践发展提供借鉴。

Individuals with disabilities are an important part of Chinese civil society. Their education right and employment security are getting more and more social concerns. It has always been a focus for all levels of government to provide better education service for individuals with disabilities. This paper, takes an example of Guangzhou Municipal Government buying education services for individuals with disabilities, summarizes the successful experience, analyses the existing problems and provides a reference for theory and practice of Guangzhou Municipal Government buying education service.
