采用高效液相色谱法测定人参中8种主要单体皂苷的含量。使用Agilent ZORBAX -C18(250mm ×4.6mm ,5μm )色谱柱,流动相乙腈-水梯度洗脱流速1.0mL/min;检测波长203nm;柱温25℃;进样量20μL。在本色谱条件下,8个人参皂苷类成分之间有良好的分离度,各成分的浓度和相应的峰面积之间呈现良好的线性关系( r=0.9999,n=7),精密度、重复性及加样回收率的RSD均小于3%。本实验可同时测定8种人参皂苷类成分的含量,不同地区人参单体皂苷含量比较结果表明:3个产地人参中8种单体皂苷含量,靖宇县>集安市>珲春市,说明靖宇县人参皂苷含量较高,质量较优;而珲春市较之稍差,但亦明显高于国家药典要求。

Eight kinds of monomer saponin contents of Panax ginseng from different regions were determined by high performance liquid chro-matography(HPLC) .Chromatographic conditions :chromatographic column:Agilent ZORBAX -C18 (250mm × 4.6mm ,5μm ) column;mobile phase:acetonitrile -water gradientelution ;flow rate:1.0mL/min;detection wavelength :203nm;column temperature :25℃ ;injection volume :20μL .Results showed:that etight kinds of ginsenoside had a good separation in the chromatographic conditions ,and it showed a good linear re-lationship between individual component concentration and peak area (r=0.999 9 ,n=7) .The precision ,repeatability and the recovery of the RSD were less than 3% .So eight kinds of ginsenoside contents could be determined simultaneously in this conditions .The eight kinds of gin-senoside contents from three different regions were the order of Jingyu >Ji'an>Hunchun ,so the ginsenoside contents from Jingyu was the high-est and the content from Hunchun was the lowest ,but the ginsenoside contents from three different regions were higher than the standard validat-ed by pharmacopoeia of the people's republic of China .
