应用高效液相色谱法建立人参果药材的指纹图谱。色谱柱:Agilent C18柱(250mm ×4.6mm ,5μm ),流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),检测波长:203nm ,柱温:35℃,流速:1.0mL/min ,分析时间:100min。共标示出人参果药材指纹图谱中7个共有峰。利用指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004A进行评价,建立了共有模式,并以相关系数评价指纹的相似性,10批人参果药材HPLC指纹图谱的相似度,9批在0.96~1.00之间,1批低于0.90。该指纹图谱检测方法简便,重复性好,可用于人参果药材的质量控制。

TO establish chromatographic fingerprint in fruit of Panax gingseng .by HPLC .Method:Separation was performed on an Agilent TC -C18 (4.6mm × 250mm ,5μm) analytical column with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.05% phosphate with gradient elution with the flow rate 1.0mL/min and the column temperature at 35℃ .The UV wavelength used for detection was set at 203nm and the analysis time was 100min .7 peaks on the HPLC fingerprints of fruit of Panax ginerseng .Were indicated .By Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Version 2004A) ,samples were examined to generate a mean global chromatogram and the similarity of each chromatogram against the mean global chromatogram was also calculated .Nine results of similarity analysis were 0.96-1.00 ,one is less than 0.90 .The method is repeatable and reliable ,and could be applied in the quality control in fruit of Panax ginseng .
