圆锥滚子轴承中滚子与滚道之间的接触状态稳定与否,依赖于滚子由非接触区进入接触区过程中的力矩中心和滚子重心的偏移。采用Herz接触假设和Besineq解分析、计算了圆锥滚子轴承接触的过程,在准静态下分析了凸度滚子廓形曲线对受力的影响。研究表明:在非匀曲率接触情况下,滚子与滚道间的偏载效应影响了滚子运行中的姿态,进而恶化轴承的受力结构。
圓錐滾子軸承中滾子與滾道之間的接觸狀態穩定與否,依賴于滾子由非接觸區進入接觸區過程中的力矩中心和滾子重心的偏移。採用Herz接觸假設和Besineq解分析、計算瞭圓錐滾子軸承接觸的過程,在準靜態下分析瞭凸度滾子廓形麯線對受力的影響。研究錶明:在非勻麯率接觸情況下,滾子與滾道間的偏載效應影響瞭滾子運行中的姿態,進而噁化軸承的受力結構。

The contact status of taper roller bearings' roller and raceway's is stable or not relies on the center of moment and gravity shift in the process of roller enters into contact area from the non-contact area. By using Herz contact hypothesis and Besineq solution, it analyzes and calculates the contact process of taper roller bearing. It also analyzes the influence of crowned roller profile curve to stress under the quasi-static condition. The research shows that in non-uniform curvature contact cases, the unbalance loading effect between roller and raceway affects the posture of running roller, and then worsens bearing stress structure.
