以桑叶葡萄带芽茎段为外植体,进行腋芽诱导及增殖、生根、炼苗移栽试验,以建立高效的桑叶葡萄离体快繁体系。结果表明:桑叶葡萄单芽茎段在MS+IBA 0.2 mg· L-1+BA 0.5 mg· L-1+蔗糖30 g· L-1培养基上萌芽效果较好,芽诱导率为85.7%;试管苗在1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg· L-1+蔗糖20 g· L-1培养基上生根效果较好,生根率为100%;试管苗经炼苗,移栽至蛭石和泥炭土1∶3混合基质中成活率最高,为92.9%。
以桑葉葡萄帶芽莖段為外植體,進行腋芽誘導及增殖、生根、煉苗移栽試驗,以建立高效的桑葉葡萄離體快繁體繫。結果錶明:桑葉葡萄單芽莖段在MS+IBA 0.2 mg· L-1+BA 0.5 mg· L-1+蔗糖30 g· L-1培養基上萌芽效果較好,芽誘導率為85.7%;試管苗在1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg· L-1+蔗糖20 g· L-1培養基上生根效果較好,生根率為100%;試管苗經煉苗,移栽至蛭石和泥炭土1∶3混閤基質中成活率最高,為92.9%。
이상협포도대아경단위외식체,진행액아유도급증식、생근、련묘이재시험,이건립고효적상협포도리체쾌번체계。결과표명:상협포도단아경단재MS+IBA 0.2 mg· L-1+BA 0.5 mg· L-1+자당30 g· L-1배양기상맹아효과교호,아유도솔위85.7%;시관묘재1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg· L-1+자당20 g· L-1배양기상생근효과교호,생근솔위100%;시관묘경련묘,이재지질석화니탄토1∶3혼합기질중성활솔최고,위92.9%。
Taking Vitis ficifolia stem with buds as the explant ,this paper conducted the axillary bud abduction ,multiplication ,rooting and acclimatization transplanting experiment ,so as to build high effectively rapid propagation technology of Vitis ficifolia in vitro.The results showed that:the optimum medium for bud multiplication was MS +IBA 0.2 mg· L-1 +BA 0.5 mg· L-1 +sucrose 30 g· L-1 with the efficiency of 85.7%;The most effective rooting medium was 1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg· L-1 +sucrose 20 g· L-1 with the highest inducing rate (100%) of qualified roots;through the acclimatization ,the suitable matrix for transplanting was the compoun-ding of vermiculite and peat (1∶3) with the survival rate of 92.9%and the seedlings grew healthily .
