2011-2012年在福建省云霄园岭国有林场开展利用松活疫木、松病死木、松伐桩种植茯苓试验。结果表明:种植茯苓60 d后松病死木中的松材线虫和松墨天牛全部死亡;茯苓在疫木上的生长量与试验地的光照、水分,松木大小、干燥和腐朽程度有关;以枯死30 d内的疫木及其伐桩种植茯苓效益最为显著。利用松材线虫病疫木种植茯苓是实现疫木不下山和无害化利用的一种新途径。
2011-2012年在福建省雲霄園嶺國有林場開展利用鬆活疫木、鬆病死木、鬆伐樁種植茯苓試驗。結果錶明:種植茯苓60 d後鬆病死木中的鬆材線蟲和鬆墨天牛全部死亡;茯苓在疫木上的生長量與試驗地的光照、水分,鬆木大小、榦燥和腐朽程度有關;以枯死30 d內的疫木及其伐樁種植茯苓效益最為顯著。利用鬆材線蟲病疫木種植茯苓是實現疫木不下山和無害化利用的一種新途徑。
2011-2012년재복건성운소완령국유림장개전이용송활역목、송병사목、송벌장충식복령시험。결과표명:충식복령60 d후송병사목중적송재선충화송묵천우전부사망;복령재역목상적생장량여시험지적광조、수분,송목대소、간조화부후정도유관;이고사30 d내적역목급기벌장충식복령효익최위현저。이용송재선충병역목충식복령시실현역목불하산화무해화이용적일충신도경。
In order to explore new approaches to savely use nematode affected pine wood , an experiment on cultivation of Poria cocos on alive and dead nematode affected pine wood , and pine stump in Yunxiao Yuanling Forest Farm of Zhangzhou during 2011 ~2012.The result showed all nematode and Monochamus died in 60 days after the cultivation of Poria cocos on nematode affected pine wood.The growth of Poria cocos was related to light intensity , soil moisture content, and the size, dryness and decay class of pine woods.By cultivation of Poria cocos on nematode affected pine wood died for 30d, the benefits were most evident .The cultivating Poria cocos on nematode affected pine wood was a new way of realizing the utilization of nematode affected pine wood on mountain and harmless utilization .
