根据遗传测定和种质资源开花特性观测结果,从马尾松种质资源库中筛选出76个优良无性系作为马尾松第2代种子园建园材料。其中,5个无性系来自种源试验林优良个体,17个无性系来自优树子代测定林优良个体,49个无性系来自种子园自由授粉子代测定林优良个体,5个无性系为高产脂优良品种。利用这些建园材料,于2008年在福建省沙县官庄国有林场营建马尾松第2代种子园8 hm2。从建园材料选择、营建技术、抚育管理和树形管理技术等方面总结了马尾松第2代种子园营建关键技术,可为我国马尾松第2代种子园建设提供参考。
根據遺傳測定和種質資源開花特性觀測結果,從馬尾鬆種質資源庫中篩選齣76箇優良無性繫作為馬尾鬆第2代種子園建園材料。其中,5箇無性繫來自種源試驗林優良箇體,17箇無性繫來自優樹子代測定林優良箇體,49箇無性繫來自種子園自由授粉子代測定林優良箇體,5箇無性繫為高產脂優良品種。利用這些建園材料,于2008年在福建省沙縣官莊國有林場營建馬尾鬆第2代種子園8 hm2。從建園材料選擇、營建技術、撫育管理和樹形管理技術等方麵總結瞭馬尾鬆第2代種子園營建關鍵技術,可為我國馬尾鬆第2代種子園建設提供參攷。

Based on a genetic test and idioplasm resource flowering observation result , 76 superior clones were selected as orchard materials of the 2nd generation seed orchard of Pinus massoniana.Among these selected clones,5 clones were from superior individu-als of provenance test stand ,17 clones were from superior individuals of plus tree progeny test stand , 49 clones were from superior individuals of seed orchard open -pollinated progeny test stand , and the last were from superior clones of high production capacity of resin.By using these selected clones , 8 hm2 of seed orchard was established in 2008.This paper introduced key techniques on es-tablishment of the 2nd generation seed orchard through aspects such as orchard materials selection , establishment technologies , tend-ing technologies and tree shape managements .
