通过测定和分析水、酚醛树脂胶粘剂(PF)、脲醛树脂胶粘剂(UF)和改性大豆蛋白胶(MSA)在毛竹材弦切面上的接触角随时间变化的过程,研究不同刨削深度毛竹竹材弦切面的润湿性能变异规律,对比分析3种胶粘剂在毛竹材弦切面的润湿性能的差异。结果表明:竹壁中部的弦切面润湿性能最好,其次为竹黄侧弦切面润湿性能,竹青侧弦切面的润湿性能较差;酚醛树脂胶粘剂在毛竹材弦切面上的润湿性能较差,脲醛树脂胶粘剂较好,改性大豆蛋白胶介于两者之间。

In this paper , the time-varied contact angles were measured through four kinds of liquid were dripped on the tangential sections of phyllostachy pubescens, including water, phenol formaldehyde adhesive (PF), urea-formaldehyde adhesive(UF) and modified soy-based adhesive ( MSA) .It researched tangential section wettability variation regularity of different cutting depth of moso bamboo, contrast analysis of the difference of wettability of 3 kinds of adhesive on bamboo tangential section .The results showed that the wettability on the bamboo green side tangential section was the worst , while the wettability on the section in middle of culm was the best .Followed by tabasheer side tangential section wettability .And the wettability of PF on the tangential section of phyl-lostachy pubescens was worse than UF , while the wettability of MSA was the between them .
